1. Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
  • Custom/engraved items: Require 2–4 weeks for production
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

2. Shipping Methods

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping upgrades available at checkout

International:

  • Delivery: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs)
  • Shipped via reputable global carriers

3. Packaging & Security

  • All jewelry is packaged in a protective jewelry box within a secure outer container
  • Discreet packaging—no external markings indicating jewelry or valuables
  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic: FREE shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL
  • International: Calculated at checkout
    • Excludes customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (customer's responsibility)

5. Insurance & Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking information sent via email
  • High-value orders are fully insured for their invoice amount
  • Please monitor tracking and ensure availability to receive your package

6. Delivery Issues

  • Facets Gems is not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery date
  • Undelivered or empty package claims: Require a complete unboxing video for review

7. International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in their country
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures
  • Refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund
